3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To secure a charter reservation, you must:

  • Be no younger than 18 years
  • Submit accurate and comprehensive details
  • Remit the required deposit as outlined in the booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Only after we receive payment and provide written confirmation is your booking solidified. We hold the authority to reject service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter scheduling is contingent upon the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are presented in € and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise. Prices may vary and are liable to change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the total cost for the charter, payable at the time of reservation
  • Final Balance: To be paid 48 hours prior to the charter's commencement
  • Incidental Expenses (if occurred): Payable at the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods, such as major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and verified cheques. Payment processing is conducted using secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancellation occurs over 72 hours before departure: Full refund, less processing fees
  • Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before departure result in a 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the case that our captain deems weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to either:

  • Reschedule the charter at no additional cost to the next available opportunity
  • Issue a complete refund if a rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If the vessel designated for your charter runs into mechanical issues, we will attempt to provide an appropriate alternative. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are required to:

  • Comply with all directions given by the crew
  • Utilize the safety equipment provided when needed
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within the vessel's designated passenger areas

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items listed below are prohibited on board:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal drugs
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive amounts of beverages (beyond reasonable personal consumption)
  • Animals (unless they have been given prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

We expect passengers to behave respectfully. A charter may be terminated early without refund if a passenger's conduct poses a safety threat or interferes with the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is confined to the charges paid for your charter. We are not responsible for:

  • Personal injuries that occur due to the passenger’s own negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect losses, consequential or punitive damages
  • Delays resulting from adverse weather or other circumstances not within our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance that covers our vessels and operations is in effect. Passengers should ensure they have their own travel and personal insurance protections in place.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our services, you recognize that activities related to boating carry inherent dangers and you accept personal responsibility for your safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
