What does the standard yacht rental package include?
Our yacht rentals come with trained crew members, safety gear, fuel, and a selection of beverages and snacks. The exact offerings differ per rental type — for instance, scenic tours come with premium snacks and drinks, whereas business rentals provide facilities for meetings and tailored catering options.
When should I book my yacht rental?
It is advisable to reserve your yacht 2–3 weeks ahead, and during the high season that spans from May to September, to ensure availability. For business gatherings or private functions, planning 4–6 weeks prior is recommended to secure preferable dates and customization options.
What occurs if the weather is unsuitable for sailing?
Our primary concern is safety. In case the captain concludes that the weather conditions are unsafe, we will propose a rescheduled date or return the full payment. Weather forecasts are closely monitored and should the outlook be uncertain, we will reach out to you 24 hours before departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and refreshments?
Guests are welcome to bring their own provisions; we also provide excellent catering services with menu customization according to your tastes. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Are your yachts suitable for passengers with mobility challenges?
We aim to provide accessibility for everyone. Though some yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others, it's best to discuss your specific requirements with us when making a reservation so that we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange any special accommodations.
Could you explain your cancellation terms?
For cancellations done 72 hours in advance, the full amount will be refunded. Those who withdraw between 24 and 72 hours can expect a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are generally not refunded unless they are due to unforeseen weather conditions or mechanical issues from our side.
